About Merge PDF
Combining several PDFs into one file is what turns a pile of attachments into a single document someone can actually read in order — a contract with its annexes, or a report with its appendices.
How to use it
- Add the PDFs you want to combine.
- Drag them into the right order.
- Merge and download the single file.
Worth knowing
Merging preserves each source document's page size, so mixing A4 and Letter pages produces a file that changes dimensions partway through. It is legible, but it prints inconsistently.
Common questions
- Does merging compress the file?
- No. The merged file is roughly the sum of its parts; compress it afterwards if size matters.
- What happens to bookmarks and links?
- Internal links usually survive; bookmark structures from separate files may not combine cleanly.
