About Merge PDF

Combining several PDFs into one file is what turns a pile of attachments into a single document someone can actually read in order — a contract with its annexes, or a report with its appendices.

How to use it

  1. Add the PDFs you want to combine.
  2. Drag them into the right order.
  3. Merge and download the single file.

Worth knowing

Merging preserves each source document's page size, so mixing A4 and Letter pages produces a file that changes dimensions partway through. It is legible, but it prints inconsistently.

Common questions

Does merging compress the file?
No. The merged file is roughly the sum of its parts; compress it afterwards if size matters.
What happens to bookmarks and links?
Internal links usually survive; bookmark structures from separate files may not combine cleanly.
